On the first really warm day of the year, with vivid blue skies cracking the Mancunian flags outside, Manchester Central Library hosted the 13th Manchester Print Fair. Packed with stalls of beautiful prints, postcards, badges and tea towels featuring stunning work by illustrators and print makers from all across the North West, the fair was an inspiring place to meet fellow illustrators and see what creative delights are being cooked up across the region. It was fantastic to see how busy it was too; with very little space to get round and a brisk trade, each stall was run of their feet. I was particularly pleased to see illustrator Dick Vincent there, whose work currently adorns my studio walls, and Rheannon Ormond of the glorious line illustration fame. Looking forward to the next one in the Autumn!
